Find one thing a day to be thankful for
Then watch the news and see what’s going on in Africa nad asia,and I guarantee you won’t feel so ‘meh’ in comparison.That’s what I do everytime I feel down,I realise how ,lucky I am and my mood is automatically lifted!SMILE!!!!

hmm my remedy would be a huge dosage of melancholy songs. try bulletproof – radiohead or is ur more to the popish kind, jamie cullum – blame it on my youth

Bigbadvoodoomama: Yes, I’ve definitely thought about the fact that I really am quite lucky here. And I am thankful for that. But I suppose the head knowledge being there isn’t always able to ease the heart pain very much..
